During this meeting the agenda includes such items as scope of work, schedule, and communication and coordination procedures. The project team also discusses project critical items such as safety, construction requirements, procurement, and overall project quality.

Experienced personnel, clear schedules and documentation assure a successful project. An earned value system provides an accurate means of verifying percentage completion and progress tracking. Project specifics, initiated during the pre-award stages, are monitored and controlled closely as the project progresses. Periodic quality audits are conducted as are reports of construction status and project milestones. Budgets are scrutinized, and required safety and quality reports are carefully reviewed with necessary corrections taken immediately.
